Boxmere

Boxmere was the home of Hardin Figuers, the boy who climbed one of the stately trees to view the battle going on around him.  The right flank of the Union defense line was dug in about 100 yards farther west between 9th and 11th Avenues.

 
 

 
 

Continue on West Main Street to 11th Avenue to the Mosley House on the left.
